1. +What is OtherTees All about ?

   OtherTees started in April 2011 being the first Poland based company to offer customers all over the world limited edition tees. We focus mainly on pop culture design so at OtherTees you’ll find tees related to you favourite comics, movie, tv show or any other geeky stuff for that matter. New OtherTee is up on sale every 72 hours so be sure to check us back frequently not to miss any awesome design we print !

2. +When new designs are uploaded to the shop?

   We try to upload new shirt designs for sale few times every month. We are also constantly uploading new products every day. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter not to miss any awesome designs on sale!

3. +What shirts/hoodies do you print on?

   We print on 185g/m2 (4.5 oz.), (White T-shirts: 180 g/m², White V-necks: 141 g/m²) 100% Preshrunk cotton tees* which are super soft and comfy. Be sure to check out the sizing guide before ordering. Also keep in mind that the final product can somewhat differ from what you see on visualization. Due to multiple setup options on each monitor, colours of tees and on designs can look a bit different in real life.
   
   White women's T-shirts are a bit wider than the rest (about 3cm).

   * heather grey shirts are 90% cotton/10% poliester

4. +Will my OtherTee shrink ?

   Every 100% cotton shirt may shrink a bit after the first wash. We use pre-shrink cotton tees so they tend to shrink less than others but you must be aware that your OtherTee may shrink 1-3 cm. So if you’re between two sizes we would advise going for the larger one :)
   

5. +Should I wash my OtherTee in any special way ?

   We would advise to turn your OtherTee inside out before washing, wash it at 30 degrees Celsius and hang it out to dry. This way it will shrink less. You also shouldn’t iron the design directly under any circumstances so it’s best to turn your shirt inside out before ironing. This way your shirt will have a long and happy life :)

6. +How to get the perfect size ?

   You should check out our sizing chart first. Then grab your favourite shirt, lay it flat on table, etc. and measure it’s length and width just like it’s shown on our sizing chart. Be advised that your shirt might have shrunk from it’s original size so if you’re between two sizes we would advise going for the larger one. This way you’ll get your perfect size.

7. +How do you print your shirts? What is screen printing?

   Each OtherTee is printed with the best possible method which is of course screen printing.
   
   Screen printing or silk screening is a printing technique particularly suited for flat or relatively flat surfaces. The heart of the process involves a fine mesh or screen that is tightly stretched around a rigid frame. The areas that are not to be printed are masked out on the screen. To create the print, the framed screen is positioned over the item to be printed along with a dollop of thick ink. A squeegee is then used to press the ink through the screen. The masked areas prevent ink from passing through, but the unmasked areas allow the ink to be imprinted on the material. The final step is to send the item on a conveyor belt through a heat-tunnel. This curing process ensures that the inks dry quickly so that they materials can be stacked or packaged. Properly cured inks will remain on the printed substrate even under harsh conditions.

8. +Where do you ship?

   We ship to any country in the world. For detailed shipping costs please check our shipping guide.

9. +How much does Shipping cost?

   Our shipping costs starts from:
   
   - 16,99 zł to Poland
   
   - 8.50$ / 7.80€ / 6.60£ to the rest of the world.
   
   During checkout you can choose your prefered shipping option. All our international parcels are shipped via postal service and will be delivered by your national post.
   
   Please also be advised that any order being shipped internationally will be subject to import/handling fees imposed by local agencies and that these charges are not included in the cost of shipping paid at checkout.

10. +Can I combine my orders in one parcel?

    We don't combine orders from different days. In one order you can buy products available at the same time.

11. +How long I have to wait until I can wear my OtherTee from the shop?

    We ship all shop products within 1 business day. As long as you haven't ordered your shop product together with limited edition product, your order will be shipped right away.
    
    After we ship your order you should receive you package within given timescales:
    
    Poland - 1-5 working days
    Europe- 3-10 working days
    Rest of the World - International shipments outside Europe have been known to take even several weeks after dispatch to be delivered. It can be delivered quicker than that but if your package is not there yet please give it at least a month after dispatch before contacting OtherTees support.
    
    Keep in mind that this are approximate times and delivery can take longer from time to time.
    
    All our international parcels are shipped via postal service and should be delivered by your national postal service. Registered shipping options may require to be signed for.
    
    Remember to pass your complete shipping address to OtherTees when ordering so your order could reach you in the shortest time possible.

12. +What does 'request reprint' button mean?

    All of our shop products have limited stocks. When you see "request reprint" button next to the shop design, it means we don't have this particular size or colour on stock at this time. You may request reprint and leave your email address. We will inform you about the restock as soon as we bring the product back. Please, be advised that requesting reprint doesn't mean placing an order. We do reprints every few weeks or months so please be patient.

13. +How can I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at OtherTees. You can find your order history and a current status of every order there .

14. +How do I track my order?

    All your parcels should be delivered by your National Post via AIR MAIL.
    
    Only registered shipping option can be tracked. Detailed tracking is not guaranteed though.
    
    We will send you your parcel tracking number via email when it ships. You can then check the status of delivery by simply clicking the tracking link or by going here. If you registered your account with OtherTees you can always check your tracking numbers in your orders history.

15. +My order shipped, but it hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

    Most orders shipped arrive in:
    
    Poland 1-3 working days
    Europe 3-10 working days
    Rest of the World 5-15 working days
    
    from the day the order is shipped, but sometimes it can take a little longer due to various reasons like bad weather preventing planes from flying, etc. If it hasn't been the given working days, please give your order a few more days to arrive.
    
    During checkout you can choose your prefered shippig option. All our international parcels are shipped via REGULAR AIR MAIL (not insured against loss) or AIR MAIL REGISTERED (insured againt loss) letter and will be delivered by your national post.

16. +What should I do if I received a defect ?

    If you believe that shirt you received is defective, please email Customer Service. Please include the order number as the subject heading and attach photos of your product’s areas in question. Maximum attachment size is 1MB.

17. +What payment methods do you accept?

    At the moment we accept Paypal and payment cards for international orders.
    
    PayPal keeps your data as secure as possible-with automatic encryption for all of your sensitive information and email communications.
    
    Payment Card payments are processed by eCard. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro payment cards.
    
    Electronic Bank Wire feature (ePrzelewy) is only available to our Polish customers. These payments are processed by eCard and are available in the following banks:

    We accept payments in multiple currencies: USD, GBP, EURO, PLN. You can choose your prefered currency during checkout.

18. +Are your payment options secure ?

    PayPal and eCard keeps your data as secure as possible-with automatic encryption for all of your sensitive information and email communications.

19. +I left the website before making the payment. How can I pay for my order?

    All payments at OtherTees must be finishied in one web session. If you didn't finish your payment at once, you have to make new order and complete it.

20. +Will I receive receipt or invoice?

    You will receive your invoice within about 1-3 business days after your payment is made. Invoice will be sent to your email address.

21. +How can I contact you?

    If you want to ask us a question you can use our contact form or just send us an e-mail at [email protected]

22. +I can not log into my account. Why is that?

    If you can't log in, try to use "Forgot login?" or "Forgot password?" button.

23. +How can I delete my account?

    If you want to delete your account at OtherTees, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do it for you.

24. +How can I return/exchange shop T-shirt?

    If there’s any problem with your order or you’re not happy with your OtherTee just drop us an email to [email protected] describing your problem or just use our contact form and we’ll sort it out.
    
    Please contact us before you send back any items! If you want to return the item you received please use this form. Print it, fill out and send together with the shirt to our address, which is shown on the form. As long as your item is unworn and unwashed you can return it to OtherTees.com within 30 days of dispatch.
    
    If you want to exchange your shirt for a different size, send your T-shirt with the form to our address. We will return your money. You'll be able to make another purchase from the shop and buy the right size.
    
    
    

25. +How long I have to wait for a refund?

    We make refunds within 14 days.

26. +Who pays for return shipping?

    If the return is due to a mistake on OtherTees part (wrong size received, defecttive shirt), the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs as long as they use a standard shipping method. If the customer is returning a shirt because they are unsatisfied with the shirt or would like to exchange it for a different size, then the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email [email protected] before you ship anything back to us, so OtherTees can provide you with complete return instructions and shipping details.

27. +What if your order is returned ?

    If the order was returned to OtherTees due to incorrect or incomplete information you've given during checkout, or because you've moved, please be advised that you will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs.

28. +Who designs your tees?

    All of our tees are designed by OtherTees community members. Here at OtherTees you will find the best graphic designers from all over the world. And they will provide the best. We can assure you.

29. +Do artists get paid?

    If the design is selected to be printed artist will receive 1$ for every t-shirt sold by OtherTees.com. Artists retain all right to the designs.

30. +What designs are you looking for?

    OtherTees.com focuses mainly on pop culture designs so anything comics, movie, tv shows related or any other geeky stuff for that matter should do.

31. +How can I submit to OtherTees?

    To be able to submit to OtherTees.com you need to create an account. After that it’s really simple. Just use our submit section to upload and manager your designs.
    
    Designs are limited to 5 colors on white tees and 5 colors (not including shirt color) on color tees. Maximum print size is 40x30cm.
    
    Before uploading any designs please read carefully our Artist Agreement and submission guidelines.

32. +How do artists get paid ?

    Artists get paid via PayPal. OtherTees will contact you within 10 days after the sale period to inform you how well your shirt did.
