Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team at info@othertees.com. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS & PRICING POLICY
Any order you place with us is an offer from you to buy products. We accept that offer when we receive your payment, not before.
When you submit an order to us on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email/invoice of this order.
Please check all the information in confirmation e-mail. If your order does not deliver to you as a result of innacurate address information being supplied we will not be liable to provide a replacement shirt/refund.
The total cost of the order is the price of the products plus the delivery charge.
The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

PAYMENT
We accept only Paypal as a payment option for international orders. PayPal keeps your data as secure as possible-with automatic encryption for all of your sensitive information and email communications. Our Polish customers can use traditional Bank Transfer payment option or pay for their goods with PayU.
DELIVERY
We deliver to more than 200 countries worldwide.
We currently offer two delivery options: Priority AIR mail and Registered Priority AIR mail.
Priority AIR mail is a not insured against loss shipping option which should be delivered within 3-7 working days in Europe and 5-15 working days to the Rest of the World.
Registered Priority AIR mail is a insured against loss shipping option which should be delivered within 3-7 working days in Europe and 5-15 working days to the Rest of the World. A signature is requested on delivery.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays may happen sometimes. We shall be under no responsibility for any delay to deliver the products within the estimated timescales or failure to deliver the products. After the dispatch of products all liability is on to carrier

EXCHANGE POLICY
If a t-shirt is damaged or the wrong size has been sent please contact us through the contact form.
T-Shirts may be returned to OtherTees.com for exchange or refund within 20 days of the dispatch date. Due to the limited edition nature of our products exchanges may not be possible.
T-shirt must be unwashed and unworn when being sent for exchange or return.
