Artist agreement

By submitting your work to OtherTees you are agreeing to the following Artist Agreement which serves as a binding contract between you and OtherTees.com
 

LICENSE TO USE DESIGN/ARTIST SUBMISSION
 

1. You will retain all rights to your artwork

2. If your design is picked to be printed by OtherTees you will get 1$ for every t-shirt sold (OtherTees guarantees that you will get minimum 20$) You will also get as a gift from us a free copy of t-shirt with your design

4. If we will pick your design we will contact you via e-mail to arrange all details regarding print. Within 5 days after the sale period OtherTees will contact you to let you know about # of t-shirts with your design sold

5. OtherTees is granted 3 days (72hours) license period to sell t-shirts with your design printed on it. OtherTees retains the right to display artwork and use it in promotional materials indefinetely
 

REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES
 

6. By submitting your graphic design or any other type of design you represent and warrant that:

a) the design is your original product, owned and created/controlled by you;

b) you have the full right and power to enter into and perform this agreement;

c) design is not subject to any third party agreements which conflicts with this Agreement or might limit, restrict or impair the rights assigned or granted to OtherTees;

d) the design does not and will not violate any law or infringe upon any intellectual property right, right of privacy or publicity or any rights of any third party, including any trademark, copyright, trade names, inventions, discoveries, patents.
 

INDEMNIFICATION

 

7. You agree to indemnify, reimburse, defend OtherTees from all costs, expenses (including reasonable legal/attorney fees) and/or damages, loss, liability related to:

a) breach of any rights of a third party, including, without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right (trademark, copyright, trade names, inventions, discoveries, patents)

b) any claim that one of your Design/Artist Submissions caused damage to a third party
 

TAXES
 

8. Just like any other business we need to pay taxes. All earnings paid to you by OtherTees.com are net earnings and are subject to taxes.

9. OtherTees.com will pay 20% tax for Artist in Poland. Any other taxes applicable in Artist country are subject to his  own consideration and must be paid by the Artist himself. Artist is an independent contractor and is solely responsible for, shall pay when due any taxes/fees/dues imposed on Artist by the government of the country he lives in or any local tax jurisdiction.

10. You're bound by this Artist Agreement to provide OtherTees.com with your Taxpayer information when asked for. You may be assured that all your personal information are safe with us and will be only used for our settlements with Revenue Services.
